For many, success is nothing but having money...and if it is true, it is better to stay unsuccessful because then it really might not be 'worth it'...
Money has no value, till you don't have CHARACTER. Money can take you to material heights, but cannot take you to spiritual depths...money is essential, but is used rightly only when the person who has it...is RIGHT. I don't advocate mediocrity...i just want to state the value of values over money.
Money is like water...it can be saved and made to look larger and greater by spending...and it can flow out completely just like that...just a hole big enough is required and all your wealth and so called prosperity drains out in full speed.Money,wealth,career,large lands and huge houses do not signify success...today they are tomorrow they might not be...anything that is there in the world is not going to remain the same through out...
Many people have tried to define success till now.The question is, can it be defined???
There are numerous types of people and everyone has a different idea of success.For many, money makes no difference but their own happiness and satisfaction matters all to them.For some success means to spread happiness in others lives, while their own might be torn apart.
While on one side there is a constant race for success, on the other hand there is a constant search for peace...Many attain their so called success but yet they are still found to be in search of peace...How can you call something as success till you dont have PEACE in your life? you need peace even to enjoy your achievements and your so called success.
Many go awry after peace,visiting every temple,astrologer,mosque,pilgrimage,church,synagogue and so on...The point is whether making your life a running race is going to give any thing? you spend hours and years for earning crores and billions and finally when you want to spend those millions you DIE.Some try to spend money for happiness, and they satisfy there mind with that explanation...that he/she can buy anything and everything he/she wants.But sorry to say,happiness,peace,love and success cannot be bought!!!
"SUCCESS is nothing but a STATE OF MIND where you feel well equipped and satisfied to move one with higher ventures."
When you have the confidence to live and don't mind to die either...When your mind is on true PEACE/GOD and your whole being has lost all its restlessness...When you don't mind winning or losing for you know that you are GOD/SOUL...that you are not someone who can be measured with the amount of money you have...but with the amount of peace that you have...The more one can stand stable no matter what calamity he faces is the true measure of that man being near GOD or near his SOUL...
Whether you believe god or not...You have to understand and accept that there is something known as THE ULTIMATE SATISFACTION...the satisfaction that is full and final so much so that, that man seeks for no more...attainments.He is completely self contended.
One's success lies within not without...and the more he runs after success outside...he will see himself as nothing but a musk-deer running after MUSK which no where but inside his own body...so is with us..whatever we need the seed of it lies within and the answer to all questions also lie within.

very well written..very interesting to read... but difficult to actally follow..money is not entirely d defination of success..but money is very necessary..u cannot completely sidetrack materialistic needs or comforts..
