In the world every single element is having one objective significance and one subjective significance. Even humans have one objective and one subjective meaning. Often it happens so that we either perceive things only on its objective side or on its subjective side...whereas if we have to understand the WHOLE and the REAL we'll have to try and understand both!
Man lives a dual life...one within and one outwards...the way he conducts outwards reflects on how he changes within and how he changes within reflects outwards...Maximum things inside and outside are in contradiction. And hence man is lead into oblivion. Often due to this complication men are confused,depressed,stressed and so on.
the physical principle of life is that there is and always will be a center of effect. this center works both ways. both inwards and outwards are operated by it. while going outwards it thinks and acts in order to produce result outwards...and when on the receiving end it translates the external actions into internal effects...the resultant is again often a chaos. Man for living has to act and also has to be able to perceive the effects...and if man has to be liberated or attain salvation he has to be free from cause and effect...
In simple words above sentences mean that man should neither be active nor reactive...because when he will act he will have to react...and when he reacts he again acts in order to react hence it goes on and on and on....actions often occurs in an instance and we think and see only the immediate response or the immediate outcome...we often loose sight of the long term results and outcomes...
often we think we and our actions will cause effects only in this life...and once we are dead its all over and we will be free...now this is objectively true because the object or your body will end...but the subjective existence remains...subjectively you still are left with some actions or reactions left with you...which you could not complete because of the objective death...or bodies death.
As your subjective existence continues your existence is imperceptible by any objective or bodily being...unless he/she is a liberated soul. now the subjective YOU try to locate an object or body that is to be manifested soon with the desired characteristics which are necessary for the fulfillment of your left over subjective desires and actions. Once located your subjective side is re matched with a new objective existence...and hence a new life begins...
Now whatever leftover effects of your actions that u were supposed to have...and could not have due to your previous death are carried forward and then you have them...there are often many things in life which are inexplicable...not only BAD but even some untimely unreasonable LUCKS that we have...are inexplicable...logically one cannot figure out exactly why this and why that...but the roots are often subjective...or from past life.
But from a subjective point of view it makes complete sense. Our desires our habits...are often treated only objectively...whereas they have larger impacts on our subjective or mental existence. and the stronger seeds of desires have the more chances there are that we will carry them forward to next life along with us...
Life or creation in general is like an ongoing flow...it doesn't ask where to flow and why it just flows....like a river..so do we subjectively keep flowing through many lifetimes...collecting more matter in every life...which leads to further lives...
Now one would ask why cant we have the memory of previous existence...if we remain the same subjectively...answer is, if one is capable of retaining his consciousness at the time of death will consciously enter a new body or even consciously liberated...but until and unless he studies and has earned control over his subjective self he cannot do anything, he is very helpless...hence his weak subjectivity is thrown out at the time of death.
The whole logic behind having a spiritual regime and religion and all that is to earn complete control over our subjective self...because in reality we are all subjective...an object can never thrive without a subject...but a subject can without the other...further more getting rid of both the subjective and the objective existence will be our goal...which will lead us to a state of void...hence the place of our truest birth.
And hence also the final destination as the cycle has ended!
